Simply Move.

You know what I have realized through working out every single day?

The power physical movement has on your mind and attitude.

Seriously it is crazy how fast and immediate this works. It takes a while for you to see it, and sometimes, you don't feel it right away.

But over time, if you are consistent, you will start to see the difference so fast it is scary.

Now, whenever fear, failure, negativity, or simply self-pitting thoughts creep into my mind I immediately think about working out.

Those dark thoughts, that anxiety you feel... it all melts when your body is moving.

I firmly believe in the power of getting your body moving. I also believe that to raise yourself mentally you must also rise yourself physically. How on earth can you expect to be mentally elite and physically pathetic at the same time?

It does not work.

While I am currently neither, I am working on both sides to become such.

To mentally elevate yourself you must physically elevate yourself. Your body and your mind are a team, and they work in conjunction. I believe your mind is separate from your body but, they are still one entity working together.

I believe we must master this. Often, we give in to our bodies wants and weakness and do not understand our mind is in control.

This is something I have implemented into my thought process and has changed my life. My body and my mind are a team. Even though they are separate, I must bring them together to become the ultimate version of myself.

So, it's about what you see and how you work with it.

Did your mind tell you to work out today... but your body was "sore" so you didn't? Was that really the case...? Or were you just mentally week and you let your body decide to give you an excuse?

You know when you are bitching out.

Your body usually will choose the easier option.

But giving into the easier option isn't creating a teammate... it's creating an enemy. You then hate your body, hate yourself, and feel like a failure.

You must see it as a coexistence.

You hold your mind accountable; you hold your body accountable, and you make sure whichever side is bitching out that day gets their shit together and gets it done.

Then you are truly one being. Then you are truly at peace.

Get yourself in line with yourself.

Move your body physically and I guarantee you will move yourself mentally.

You just have to do it for longer that you think. Not a day, week, or even month.

This is a permanent life change.

But it is worth it.
